Galvanized Steel Ground Mounting System

The LARGE S-Ground mounting system has been developed as a universal PV modules, mounting system for open space ground installations. The system composed with OD60mm hot galvanized steel pipe, ground rails , the special modules,cross pipe connector ,cap kit, ground screws and the high degree of pre-assembly easy and quick to save your labor cost and time. The customized length can eliminate the weld and cut onsite to keep the high anticorrosive performance, the structure strength and the appearance.

Installation Guide :

Step 1: Fix the down cap kits onto the concrete ground with with the buried bolt M12*100mm

Step 2: Install the Steel support front/back legs into the down/up cap kits with M12*30mm bolts and M12 nuts.

Step 3: Fix the enforcement tubes on the front and back legs with M12*70mm bolts and nuts.

Step 4: Install cross pipe onto the cap kit with 2pcs M12*108mm U bolts and M12 nuts.

Step 5: Install the rail onto the L connector with M8*25mm screws and D module nut.

Step 6: Put the solar panels on the rails ,and fix the panel with Mid clamps,End clamps and D module nut.
