Aluminum Solar Ground Mounting System

The LARGE AL-Ground mounting system has been developed as a universal PV modules, mounting system for open space ground installations. The system composed with strong ground rails , the special “D” modules, support pipe, H connector ,ground base, ground screws and the high degree of pre-assembly easy and quick to save your labor cost and time. The customized length can eliminate the weld and cut onsite to keep the high anticorrosive performance, the structure strength and the appearance.

Installation Guide :

Step 1: As per the installation layout,using the special facility to put the ground screw into the open ground.

Step 2: Fix the ground base onto the ground screw plate with 2pcs M12*35mm bolts and M12 nuts.

Step 3: Unfold the Pre-assambly support pipe kits(with H connector and legs) and put the front and back legs into ground base with M10*90mm bolts and nuts.

Step 4: Install the enforcement tubes on the front and back legs with M10*90mm bolts and nuts.

Step 5: Install the AR rail onto the support pipe with rail clamps and D module nuts.

Step 6: Put the solar panels on the rails ,and fix the panel with Mid clamps,End clamps and D module nut.
