The LARGE Farm mounting system has been developed as a universal PV modules, The mounting system for farm earth installations. The system composed with OD60mm, or OD48.6mm galvanized steel pipe and tilt cap kits,the special modules,ground screw and the high degree of pre-assembly eliminate the need for onsite cutting, welding and enables quick and easy field PV module installations. and can support different quantity solar panel to meet the customers’ fram requirements.

Installation Guide :

Step 1: As per the installation layout,using the special facility to put the ground screw into the farmland earth.

Step 2: Install the the down/up cap kits on the support front and back Legs with 3pcs M12*30mm bolts and nuts.

Step 3: Fix the enforcement tubes on the front and back legs with pipe sleeves and M12*70mm bolts and nuts.

Step 4: Fix the L connector (L150mm) on the cap kit with 2pcs M12*35mm bolts and nuts.

Step 5: Install the rail onto the L connector with M8*25mm screws and D module nut.

Step 6: Put the solar panels on the rails ,and fix the panel with Mid clamps,End clamps and D module nut.
