It is applicable to install the usual framed module, The special extruded aluminum rail, special D nut module, clamp kit and the various roof hooks can be high pre-assembly and make the installation easy and quick to save your labor cost and time. The customized length can eliminate the weld and cut onsite to keep the high anticorrosive performance, the structure strength and the appearance.

Installation Guide :

Step 1: Arrange the roof hook position as previously designed layout, take away top roof tiles and install the roof hooks into the roof wooden beam with M6.3x80mm wood screws.

Step 2: Fix the roof rail on the roof hook with LARGE D module nut and M8x25mm screws.

Step 3: Put the solar panels on the roof rails ,and fix the panel with Mid clamps,End clamps and D module nut.
